The Graduate School Deanship is an academic unit that is part of the Vice-Presidency for Academic Affairs. The main functions of the deanship are to establish and supervise the policies regarding graduate studies at the Institution, monitor compliance with the graduate studies policies, and provide all the administrative services to the graduate students through the Office of Graduate Affairs. Besides, the Deanship of the Graduate School offers extracurricular activities and programs to complement graduate studies.

The Office of Graduate Affairs offers admission, registration, collection and student financial aid guidance services.
This office is an administrative unit within the Graduate School Deanship. The Deanship is responsible for the facilitation of graduate studies at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. It is the responsibility of the Graduate Affairs Office to see that all pertinent administrative regulations are followed and that proper guidance relative to this topic is provided to all the academic units that offer graduate programs.
For easy access, the Office is located in Alhambra Street #51. Office hours are: Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00am to 7:00pm, and Fridays from 8:00am to 3:00pm. These office hours satisfy the needs of our evening students.
