Our past MLA Director, Olga Angueira became the 1st landscape architect in Puerto Rico to be voted in favor to be the President of the Colegio de Arquitectos y Arquitectos Paisajistas de Puerto Rico (CAAPPR), which is the professional organization that represents and regulates architecture and landscape architecture professions in PR.

This will enhance our collaborative activities between our MLA program and CAAPPR such as Parking Day and CAAPPR Biennale, where our students will be able to exhibit their projects and thesis presentations.
