The Undergraduate Student Council is the representative body of the students. It aims to express student opinions and promote communication and cooperation among students, faculty, and administrative personnel of officers. The Student Council is constituted by an elected President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and representatives of the Departments of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Surveying and Geospatial Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, and Architecture.

Students wishing or interested to be part of the Student Council must comply with the following:
At the time of elections, he/she must be a full-time student and maintain a minimum academic index of 2.00, except the President and Vice President who must have and maintain an index of 2.50 or more.
Candidates for elective positions of the Council must be regular students during the year in which they will hold their positions.
Students on disciplinary or academic probation or in temporary suspension of the Institution may not apply for elective positions on the Board.
